Fluid Digital is a multi-award winning e-commerce agency looking to boost its marketing capability with a PPC hire to help manage and grow new and existing clients

Role Overview

You must be an experienced and ambitious PPC specialist looking to join a brand new team, develop a differentiated proposition within the ecommerce arena and deliver outstanding campaigns.

Role Requirements:

  • Day to day account management and regular contact with an exciting range of clients
  • Ensure that the clients’ expectations are met and/or exceeded
  • Compiling end of month progress reports for each client
  • Work closely with the ecommerce development team to ensure best functionality for PPC
  • Regularly review competitor activity and industry trends
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of product and service offerings
  • Possibility to attend Google Partners events (usually in Manchester, London, Dublin)
  • Supporting and training junior members of staff
  • Taking some responsibility for new leads and converting them to clients
  • Attend pitches and client meetings from time to time
  • Seek opportunities to progress existing and new campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in PPC Account Management (AdWords, Bing & Facebook PPC advertising platforms the most important)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • A strong affinity for e-commerce
  • Experience in pitching desirable
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills (any other European language is an advantage!)
  • Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK and be Manchester-based
