Founded in 1989, Prodware develop, deploy, integrate and host IT solutions for businesses. They are a Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner and specialise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. They currently serve more than 20,000 global customers.
Their objectives & targets
Prodware had an internal team managing their PPC advertising who were generating a very small amount of poor quality leads.
As PPC is a key source of traffic for Prodware they were keen to improve not only their lead volume from the paid channel, but also reduce their cost per lead.
What we did
We assessed the search terms being brought through the existing keyword targeting and completely revamped the campaign structure to make it more thematic. We then added in tracking to ensure that all valuable actions on the website were being monitored.
